Regan has overall accountability for implementing and managing the sustainability strategy across our real estate and infrastructure portfolios. She develops strategic programs to address changing global market demand, the policy landscape, and investor expectations toward sustainability and corporate environmental, social, and governance objectives. She works with global investment management teams and asset managers to assess the environmental and social impact of investments. Prior to joining the firm, Regan held a leadership role in the sustainability and energy team at the engineering consulting firm WSP, where she provided sustainability advisory services, green building certification, energy and carbon management, and greenhouse gas accounting. She’s a member of the climate change task force for our parent company, Manulife Financial, and works collaboratively to advance sustainability efforts throughout the organization. Regan is a member of the PRI Real Estate Advisory Committee and was a 2022 Clean50 recipient, which recognizes remarkable and inspiring leaders in sustainability.
